Found two interesting auctions on Trade Me. One is for a Sigma 8mm fisheye and the other a Nikkor 800mm.

If you’re reading this and you’ve won lotto would you like to grab both and shoot the same scene with each lens. Be an interesting view with the 100x difference between the two lenses. Throw in a shot at 80mm too.

Trecking up Bluff Hill before dawn with the Sigma 10-20mm I was unable to get the right angle for a nice dawn shot of the cruise ship “The World” and the sun coming up.

Instead I had a good play with the lens and have to say it’s a stunner.
