Out Of The Blue

I was contacted some time ago by Carol King who had seen my Mark Todd photo from Horse of the Year 2008 in Horse and Pony magazine. She asked permission to use it as a basis for an oil painting to enter in a competition for the cover of the Horse of the Year 2009 programme.

Recently Carol emailed me a photo of the finished painting and allowed me to put it here alongside the original. As you can see the painting is stunning. Good luck in the competition Carol.
